Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We use the most cost-effective option based on your location and package size/weight.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier transit times. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
We currently do not offer expedited or international shipping for orders placed online. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange after this period has passed.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase may also be required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund and issue a credit to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically completed within a few business days.
If you have not received your refund, please first re-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. You may also wish to check with your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
Final sale items cannot be refunded.
